REFUNDS + EXCHANGE POLICY


AT PEAK SPORT NZ, WE STAND BEHIND ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS. IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SATISFIED WITH YOUR PEAK PURCHASE, YOU CAN EXCHANGE OR RETURN IT WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF DELIVERY (CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE).

FULL PRICE ITEMS

  • ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF DELIVERY.
  • ORDERS PAID USING LAYBY AND AFTEPAY ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND. INSTEAD WILL BE OFFERED AN EXCHANGE.
  • RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN UN-WORN, ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH TAGS ATTACHED.
  • FOOTWEAR MUST BE IN A RESELLABLE CONDITION AND RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL SHOE BOX.

PROOF OF PURCHASE MUST BE PROVIDED FOR ANY RETURN OF PRODUCTS.


EXCHANGES

IF THE PRODUCT DIDN’T FIT PROPERLY OR DAMAGED, YOU MAY EXCHANGE IT FOR THE SAME PRODUCT OR SOMETHING MORE SUITABLE PROVIDED THAT.

  • THE PRODUCTS EXCHANGED ARE TO THE SAME VALUE OR MORE AS THE PRODUCT THAT WAS ORIGINALLY PURCHASED.
  • THE PRODUCTS DEEMED UNSUITABLE ARE NOT WORN, IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION AND NOT OPENED OR DAMAGED IN ANY WAY.
  • FOOTWEAR MUST BE IN A RESELLABLE CONDITION AND RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL SHOEBOX.

UNLESS THE ORIGINALLY DELIVERED ITEMS WERE DAMAGED PRODUCTS, NEW PRODUCTS WILL BE RETURNED AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.

WHEN PRODUCTS ARE RETURNED, WE ARE HAPPY TO OFFER YOU A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY), A REFUND OR, IN SOME CASES, A REPAIR OF THE PRODUCT.

PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON CLEARANCE ITEMS.
